GLORIA BALENSI cannot be held responsible for any damage, whatever its nature, resulting from an unavailability of the Site. GLORIA BALENSI does not guarantee that the Site will be free of anomalies, errors or bugs, nor that the Site will function without breakdown or interruption. In this respect, GLORIA BALENSI can freely and at its sole discretion determine any period of unavailability of the Site or its content. The present legal notices are governed by French law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the publisher's registered office, subject to a specific attribution of jurisdiction arising from a particular law or regulation.
