How do I contact customer service?

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Check here to change it or follow the instructions "FORGOT PASSWORD" on the Login / Registration page. For security reasons, we are not able to send your password by post.

I WANT TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT, HOW DO I DO THIS?

If you wish to delete your account, send your request for deletion to contact@gloriabalensi.com.

CAN I STILL RETURN MY ONLINE PURCHASE?

Yes, all purchases made online can be returned within 30 days, with some flexibility due to circumstances. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your return, our customer service team is available to discuss them.

HOW CAN YOU BE SURE THAT THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL ARE AUTHENTIC?

The GLORIA BALENSI online shop is the official direct distributor of the GLORIA BALENSI products presented on this website and we unconditionally guarantee the authenticity of each item we sell.
Please note that we are not able to make any statements about the authenticity of items that have not been purchased from the GLORIA BALENSI online shop.

I CAN'T FIND A PRODUCT ON THE SITE

If you are unable to find a specific product in our online shop, please email us at contact@gloriabalensi.com. If the product you are looking for is not available online at the moment, we will be happy to check if it is available as a special order.

DO YOU OFFER A REPAIR SERVICE?

If an item purchased from GLORIA BALENSI has manufacturing defects, you can return it to us within 6 months of purchase. Please contact us by e-mail at contact@gloriabalensi.com.
For products purchased from any other retailer authorised by GLORIA BALENSI, please contact them directly.

HOW DOES PRE-ORDER WORK?

When a product is on the pre-order list, it is not yet in stock, but is available for purchase. We will provide you with an approximate shipping date for your item(s) at the time of purchase. Please note that pre-order dates are approximate and subject to change. We will contact you if the shipping date changes.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your order.

WHA ARE THE ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT ?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

SAMPLING TIME ?

You will be debited when your order is validated.

HOW ARE DELIVERIES MADE ?

We dispatch the items to the delivery address you indicated when you placed your order.
Shipments are made by La Poste, Colissimo, UPS or Mondial Relay.

HOW TO TRACK MY PACKAGE ?

As soon as the parcel is sent, you will receive an e-mail to let you know that the shipment has just been made and to give you the parcel number which will allow you to track your order.
The delivery is considered to have been made when the item (or notice of instance) has been deposited in your mailbox.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS WHILE MY ORDER IS IN TRANSIT?

No, we will not re-route the order.

HOW THE LOYALTY PROGRAMME WORKS ?

The loyalty program allows each Member, after identification to his loyalty account :
- To accumulate points when making purchases on the online shop https://gloriabalensi.com according to the following scale: 10 € purchase = 1 point = 0.5 €.
- To benefit from other specific advantages on the online shop.
Points are available immediately after delivery of the order.
With each new purchase, the period of validity of all points is extended by 12 months.

HOW DO I USE MY LOYALTY POINTS?

The use of loyalty rewards requires the identification of the member to his loyalty account. The loyalty reward can be used on the online shop
