Orders
To order, log in to your account (or continue as a guest), add the items you want to the shopping basket, then click ‘Checkout’. Then simply follow the steps: personal details, delivery address, delivery method, then payment. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Log in to your account, then go to ‘Order history and details’. Click on ‘PDF’ next to the order in question to download your invoice.

Yes, you can specify a delivery address different from the billing address when you finalise your order.
Delivery is free for orders over €100 in France and Belgium.
Exchanges and returns
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item. The item must be new, unworn and in its original packaging. Please also enclose the invoice or delivery note in your parcel.

Yes, we offer exchange for the same model in another size or colour, subject to availability. If you require a different product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
- In the event of an exchange, your loyalty benefits will be retained.
- In the event of a refund, the discount used is recalculated on a pro rata basis and the corresponding points are not credited back.
Refunds are made within a maximum of 15 days of receipt and verification of your return. Bank processing times vary depending on the bank (between 2 and 3 working days, or at the end of the month for deferred debit cards).
If an item is missing from your order, this means that it was unfortunately out of stock. The refund will automatically be made to your payment method. If in doubt, please contact us.

Yes, each piece of jewellery is meticulously crafted entirely by hand, in small series or one-off pieces. Each creation is assembled in the workshop with particular attention to detail.
The jewels are made from natural freshwater baroque pearls, fine stones and 18-carat gold-plated stainless steel. They are designed to last and resist water, while retaining their sparkle.
No, each baroque pearl is unique in its shape, size and nuances. It is this uniqueness that gives each piece of jewellery its precious, authentic character.
The scarves are printed in Italy on high-quality silk, then carefully made in Lyon. They are designed as timeless, elegant fashion accessories in the French style.
We offer a selection of leather pieces, handcrafted in very small quantities. Each model is unique or produced in a very limited edition, to guarantee its exclusivity.
Maintenance and advice
To preserve their brilliance, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water, perfumes or chemicals. It's best to store them in a dry place. Even though they are hard-wearing, gentle care will ensure they last a long time.
Yes, the materials used, particularly stainless steel, are hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin. Particular attention is paid to the choice of components to guarantee comfort and safety.
